From initial purchase registration to final profit sharing, we handle the complexities while you own the underlying asset.

1. Select & Buy Land

Pick your land unit (minimum unit is 25 Cents, which is 1/4 of an acre). Initial capital covers land value and complete plantation setup charges.

2. Absolute Ownership Registration

We register the land directly in your name at the Nellore sub-registrar office. You receive the original title deeds, patta passbook, and physical boundary marks.

3. Lease Land to N² CSK

You sign a 10-year agricultural lease-back agreement, permitting N² CSK to manage, maintain, and secure the plantation and soil operations on your land parcel.

4. 24/7 Managed Plantation

N² CSK plants the saplings, installs automated drip irrigation, secures boundaries with solar fencing, and provides CCTV and round-the-clock guards against theft.

5. Legal Maturity & Harvesting

At the end of the maturity cycle (approx 10 years), we coordinate with the Forest Department to obtain cutting permits, transit passes, and auction the mature timber.

6. Profit Sharing Payout

The auction revenue is shared as per the signed lease agreement, delivering massive returns. You continue to own the registered physical land asset.
